Transition Discovery Programme

The Transition Discovery Programme is designed to equip individuals with the skills, mindsets and attitudes to successfully navigate periods of professional change. Examples include new joiners/careers, adapting to new teams/organisations, returning to work after a period of absence, new roles, promotions, and new responsibilities. Each element below can be delivered stand-alone or as a whole programme over a period of time to be agreed.
