Transition Discovery Programme
The Transition Discovery Programme is designed to equip individuals with the skills, mindsets and attitudes to successfully navigate periods of professional change. Examples of change include new joiners/careers, adapting to new teams/organisations, returning to work after a period of absence, new roles, promotions, and new responsibilities. Like the Future Leaders Programme, each element below can be delivered stand-alone or as a whole programme over a period of time to be agreed.
