Personal Data That I Collect
Matt Verrell collects data such as your name, email address, telephone number, job title, profession and sometimes your address in order to operate effectively and provide you the best experience when using my services. You provide some of this data directly when you contact me through my website, email me or telephone me to request information on or make any payment regarding coaching, products or training.
How I Use Your Personal Data
Matt Verrell uses the data I collect from you to provide you with an invoice or receipt for purchased services, to communicate with you regarding enquiries you have made, to book, change or cancel an agreed appointment in the event of an emergency or unexpected situation and to advise you of any useful information that may come to my attention which is related to your original enquiry. All personal information is protected by passwords and anti-virus support. Your information is not shared with third parties for any form of marketing or joint ventures.
With your permission, it may be used to add you to a mailing list, log coaching hours for upgrading coaching qualifications or as part of legal or insurance requirements.
Even if I delete your data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

I only share your personal data with your consent as above, or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorised.
How to Access & Control Your Personal Data
You can request that your personal data be removed or deleted at any point in time.
You can always choose whether you wish to receive occasional promotional emails for products that may interest you based on your original enquiry. You can also opt out and/or unsubscribe at any time.
You have the following rights in relation to your data:
Right to access - the right to request (i) copies of the information I hold about you at any time, or (ii) that I modify, update or delete such information. If I provide you with access to the information I hold about you, I will not charge you for this, unless your request is "manifestly unfounded or excessive." Where I am legally permitted to do so, I may refuse your request. If I refuse your request, I will tell you the reasons why.
Right to correct - the right to have your Data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erase - the right to request that I delete or remove your Data from my systems.
Right to restrict my use of your Data - the right to "block" me from using your Data or limit the way in which I can use it.
Right to data portability - the right to request that I move, copy or transfer your Data.
Right to object - the right to object to my use of your Data including where I use it for our legitimate interests.
