About Me
Matt is passionate about working with ambitious and talented people, serious about maximising their growth, potential, and productivity. He has a particular interest in leadership and transition coaching, working with individuals and organisations to navigate through the complexities of workplace change, effective leadership, positive workplace culture and strong team dynamics.
Following a successful career as a corporate lawyer in London, he gained experience in dementia and end-of-life care. This shift in perspective led him to explore a career in coaching, realising the importance of our own development, continual learning and not being held back by self-imposed limitations.
Adopting a conversational style to his coaching and facilitating, Matt works hard to create a supportive environment where you can expect to be challenged and encouraged. As a member of the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, he acts with the highest integrity and is a committed changemaker, promoting high standards of coaching and ethical practice within the profession to enable people and places to flourish.
