Matt is passionate about working with ambitious and talented people, serious about maximising their potential and achieving peak performance. He has a particular interest in leadership and transition coaching, working with individuals and organisations to develop the next generation of leaders, whilst ensuring those transitions up to leadership are as effective as possible.
Following a successful career as a corporate lawyer in London, he gained experience in dementia and end-of-life care. This shift in perspective led him to explore a career in coaching, realising the importance of our own development, continual learning and not be held back by self-imposed limitations.
