Matt is passionate about working with ambitious and talented people, serious about maximising their potential and achieving peak performance. He has a particular interest in wellbeing and transition coaching, working with individuals and organisations to make the most of change and enhance our resilience, manage stress and gain a better work-life balance.
Following a successful career as a corporate lawyer in London, he gained experience in dementia and end-of-life care. This shift in perspective led him to explore a career in coaching, realising the importance of our own development, continual learning and not being held back by self-imposed limitations.
